# How to Send a Booking Request

**Who can send a booking request?**
 Anyone — no account required. Whether you're a club owner, festival organiser, private host, or label: you can submit a request without registering.

**How it works:**

1. Open the artist's profile in the portal.
2. Click **"Request Booking"** — the button appears when the artist's status is *Ready for Gigs* or *On Tour*.
3. Fill in the form:
   - **Promoter type** (required): select the option that best describes you — Club/Venue, Festival, Private event, Corporate, Label, Booking agency, Hospitality, Media, School, or Other.
   - **Name / Company**, **Email**, **Phone** (optional), **Website** (optional)
   - **Preferred date**, **Location / City**, **Expected attendance**, **Budget range**
   - **Message** — describe the event in as much detail as possible.
4. Accept the privacy policy and click **"Send request"**.

**What happens next?**
 You'll receive a confirmation email immediately with a summary of your request. The artist will get in touch with you directly by email.

 Your confirmation email includes a personal link (valid for 48 hours). Use it to create a free Booker account — no subscription needed. With an account you can track the status of your requests, bookmark artists, and set up availability alerts.
