You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://mister-mixmania.com/en/canceling-a-contract/. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without undue delay, including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal declaration via the withdrawal function (the “withdrawal button”) before the withdrawal period expires.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by informing us (Mister Mixmania, Nonnenstr. 21A, 04229 Leipzig, Germany, phone: +49 (0) 341 24713722, email: support@mister-mixmania.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
In this case, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
