Can I pay monthly or annually and change the plan later?
- Yes, we offer monthly or annual payment options. Annual payment gives you a 10% discount, resulting in a lower monthly subscription fee.
- You can, of course, change your plan at the end of the current term if you decide you want to use more or fewer features.
- Your subscription will end if you cancel before the end of the monthly or annual term. Otherwise, your subscription will always renew for the selected term.
What payment options are offered?
We work with the payment provider Stripe and thus realize payment via PayPal and credit card. Payments via PayPal and credit card can be started immediately.
Can I cancel without any problems?
Yes, of course. You always have the option to cancel before the end of the subscription period. Your subscription will then only last as long as the subscription period was completed. If you have an annual or monthly subscription, your subscription and your access will expire after this period.
Can my editors and employees also write news?
Yes, of course. With us you have the option of creating a separate author profile for your editors and employees and allowing them access via your account, which they can then use to write articles/news in their name.
It is also possible to assign multiple authors to an article and decide for which author an author box should be displayed under the article.
The author profile and thus also the author box can contain the user picture (avatar), phone, job title, company title, website link, social media links, the full biography (BIO) and a short biography.
