What is a Booker account?
A free account designed for promoters, clubs, labels, and anyone looking to book artists — no subscription required.

How do I get one?
Only via the personal link in the confirmation email you receive after submitting a booking request. There is no public registration link. The link is valid for 48 hours.

What can I do with a Booker account?

• Track the status of your booking requests (New / Read / Replied / Declined)
• Bookmark artists and maintain a personal shortlist
• Set up availability alerts — get notified by email and/or in the portal when an artist matching your criteria becomes available
• Manage your contact details

What’s not included?
A Booker account has no public profile, no gig management, no posts, and no access to subscription features. Anyone wishing to be active as an artist or agency needs a regular subscription.

Your area
After signing in, access your dashboard at Portal → Booker. The sections:

• My Requests — all submitted booking requests with status
• Alerts — set up and manage availability alerts
• Bookmarked Artists — your shortlist
• My Account — name, phone, promoter type, change password
