Who can send a booking request?
Anyone — no account required. Whether you’re a club owner, festival organiser, private host, or label: you can submit a request without registering.

How it works:

1. Open the artist’s profile in the portal.
2. Click “Request Booking” — the button appears when the artist’s status is Ready for Gigs or On Tour.
3. Fill in the form:
   • Promoter type (required): select the option that best describes you — Club/Venue, Festival, Private event, Corporate, Label, Booking agency, Hospitality, Media, School, or Other.
   • Name / Company, Email, Phone (optional), Website (optional)
   • Preferred date, Location / City, Expected attendance, Budget range
   • Message — describe the event in as much detail as possible.
4. Accept the privacy policy and click “Send request”.

What happens next?
You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately with a summary of your request. The artist will get in touch with you directly by email.
