My Account is your personal area within the portal — this is where you manage everything related to your profile, contacts and activity. You can reach it via the “My Account” menu item in the main navigation.

Right next to it, you’ll find two handy elements:

• The notification bell — shows new activity such as incoming requests or connection requests.
• Your profile picture — clicking it takes you straight to “My Account”.

What’s inside? #

“My Account” is organized into several tabs, including incoming requests and messages, and — if you manage several profiles (e.g. as an agency with several artists) — a quick switcher between your profiles via the “My Profiles” dropdown.

Note: if profiles that don’t belong to you show up there, please contact our support team — this is a profile-assignment matter we’ll sort out for you.

On mobile #

The notification bell and your profile picture are also available at all times on your smartphone, clearly visible in the mobile menu bar.
